Storms, MPM®, President
Jean
Storms, MPM®, is president and co-owner. She has worked in the Real
Estate Industry since 1979 with JSL Real Estate Services, Inc., formerly
known as Red Carpet/Lee Storms Properties.
Jean has authored several manuals
for Real Estate and Property Management. Due to her long interest in
education, she has taught and authored many workshops, seminars, and courses concerning
the Real Estate industry and technology.
Jean is
also a National
Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) Instructor and author
as well. Jean authored the NARPM "RMP® Applying Technology to Property
Management" and "RMP® Tenancy."
Jean is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR®), the
California Association of Realtors (CAR®) and the Sacramento Association
or Realtors (SAR®). She previously served as a CAR Director. Jean is a Master Property Manager
(MPM®) with the National
Association of Residential Managers (NARPM). She served 1995-2000 as a NARPM National
Director, and as chairperson for the NARPM National Education, Publications, Long Range,
and History committees.

Storms, Vice-President
Lee
Storms, Broker, GRI, has been in the Real Estate industry since 1965, owning
Red Carpet/Lee Storms Properties, Lee Storms Property Management and
is co-owner of JSL Real Estate Services, Inc. and it's
subsidiaries, RE Manuals and LandlordSource.com
Lee
is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR®), the
California Association of Realtors (CAR®) and the Sacramento Association
or Realtors (SAR®).
Lee Storms is a
licensed general contractor in the state of California and has over 25
years of experience in building and rehabilitation of residential properties.
