Policy on Return

Because of the electronic
nature of our products and the ability to easily
duplicate them, we do not return funds after the product
has been issued to the purchaser, whether by Workbook,
CD, or Download. |

If a CD-ROM or download is
defective, we will reissue the product. |
|
If the purchaser fails to
complete their download within the four days, we will
send by another method. |
Policy on Replacement
|
If a Workbook is badly
damaged in shipping or lost in delivery, we will reissue
the Workbook |
|
If a
CD-ROM is lost, we will reissue a disk for a fee of
$14.00, which includes shipping. |
